Although 1st class should arrive next day and 2nd class within 3-4 days, sometimes they make take longer. The Royal Mail does not entertain claims for non-delivery until after 14 days have passed from the date of posting. Therefore, we too, do not acknowledge non-delivery until 14 days after the date of despatch.
